the staff were friendly, helpful and responsive! they assisted me with directions and local attractions. free secure lockers became very convenient for storing my ski gear. location close to the bus stop aided trips to coronet peak and remarkables.
The bathroom lacked soundproofing. Privacy became limited, especially when using the toilet.

the location are top i thought. it sits close to everything. the roof terrace have a gorgeous view too. i received a thank you note following a fire evacuation, it had a chocolate bar.
the air conditioning temperature needed an app. the staff also controls it, this felt a little troublesome.

The rooftop had amazing views. It was so lovely up there. the free coffee machine on each floor was a nice touch (i used it every morning!). the location was perfect for exploring.

the location was quite central. it made access to many attractions easier. i found the communal facilities like lounges quite nice. the coffee machines were also a great plus.
my room allocation seemed random. i had booked a beautiful room advertised to have a view. i ended up in a room with no view at all, i found it to be below street level. the receptionist was not really interested in my complaint.

The absence of coffee facilities in the room was quite noticeable. i also found the noise level to be disruptive. Sounds from the corridor echoed into my room. there seemed to be a lack of soundproofing, as every disturbance outside became quite apparent. consequently, getting a restful night was challenging. the hotel needs to address the sound insulation.
